2. Tracking Your Order

You will receive email + SMS tracking details after dispatch.

3. Packaging

XY Essentials uses glass packaging designed for product integrity and recyclability.

4. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

• Report damage within 24 hours
• Missing/incorrect items within 48 hours

5. Undelivered & Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Orders

RTO may occur due to failed delivery or incorrect address.

6. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or high demand.

7. International Shipping

Currently available only within India.
